Consulting & Speaking

With over 25 years in graffiti and 15 years of curating exhibitions, I love sharing the stories and insights I've gathered along the way. I never imagined, back when I quietly left my parents' house with a bag of spray cans, that my experiences and passion for this scene would one day help others. I’m always open to collaborations, giving lectures, and bridging the gap between this dynamic art world and others.

Currently in my fourth year as a committee member for the Mondriaan Fonds, I’ve been fortunate to leverage my knowledge in street art and graffiti to help set up and scout for a pilot program focused solely on these art forms in 2024. This effort led to funding for 10 projects and artists! The Mondriaan Fonds also published an essay bundle on street art, sharing the insights they gained; I assisted in selecting authors for these essays.

As part of the Bosch Cultural System advisory committee, I advise on grant applications. I'm also frequently approached by institutions, ad agencies, municipalities, and companies to coordinate art projects.

Often, I serve as the bridge between creators and clients, managing projects from concept to completion.

I also enjoy giving lectures and talks about the topics I work with.

Mondriaan Fonds Street Art Pilot & Essays

Jury at Blind Walls Film Fest

As a jury member during the Blind Walls Film Fest we had to decide the winner for the best short and best feature film. The festival offered some great graffiti and street art related movies. The absolute winner for me was Painting Dhaka a film by Lukas Zeilinger. , a must see if you get a chance! We also unanimous decided Work of fiction by Jonathan Pieterse should win best short. Great weekend full of meeting new talents and catching up with old friends.

Bosch Cultuursysteem

As part of the Bosch Cultural System advisory committee, I advise on grant applications for the city 's-Hertogenbosch.

Lectures & Talks

I’m passionate about sharing my ideas and knowledge on topics like graffiti and urban art. Giving lectures allows me to share stories beyond the exhibitions themselves, connecting with diverse audiences around the world. I’ve had the privilege of presenting my projects and insights in countries like France, Russia, Germany, England, Slovenia, and Taiwan.

Awards & Recognition

In 2022, I was honored to win the Gouden K, a national art award, after being nominated by Eindhoven’s alderman of culture. That same year, I was also nominated for the Appreciation Prize by Cultuur Eindhoven. Although I didn’t win, the nomination and positive feedback were deeply appreciated. These recognitions motivate me to continue pushing boundaries in my work and engaging with the community.
